By accessing this site or purchasing a service from Datum, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Datum provides fixed-scope data consulting services to corporate real estate, facilities management, construction, and design teams. Each engagement is governed by a separate scope confirmation, which defines deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

Productised services purchased online (CRE Data Health Check, Space Utilisation Snapshot, Compliance and Handover Data Audit) are subject to the scope described on this website at the time of purchase. Additional scope is quoted and agreed separately.

All content, frameworks, and tools created by Datum remain the intellectual property of Datum unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. Deliverables produced for a specific client engagement are licensed to that client for their internal use.

Datum provides analysis and recommendations based on data provided by the client. We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of our work. Our liability in any engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement.
